Jana and Kay made selling my house so easy when I was located in a different city.

They told me what improvements to make. They recommended contractors who did good, prompt work. The staging and listing pictures were fantastic. Very classy staging! The house sold the first weekend after multiple showings. The closing process went very smoothly. All of this took place without my having to travel to the area, not even once! "This was a sale of a house after the passing of our parents. Miss Gilbert was extremely professional and very helpful with all the steps needed to get the house ready for presentation to the prospective buyers. this was extremely important since the heirs were not local. She was always available to help with any questions or concerns that we may have had in connectioin with the sale. We highly recommend her , knowing that it would be terribly difficult to find a better agent to handle all your needs and concerns. Thank you Jana for a job well done"
